Lara Logan

 aLara Logan, born 29 March 1971, is an South African radio and television journalist and war reporter. She worked as a correspondent for CBS News between 2002 and 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually inaccurate and politically slanted report regarding the 2012 Benghazi attack "the most erroneous mistake I've made in my 10 years of watching." She was a part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019 which is a conservative media corporation. 4 On January 4, 2020, she was a part of Fox Nation. Fox News operates a subscription streaming site. She stated that she had been "dumped by the company" in March 2022. Logan was an assistant news reporter at Durban's Sunday Tribune (1988-1989) and the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992 she was hired by Reuters Television Africa, primarily as a senior producer. After four years, she decided to branch out into freelance journalism. She was appointed as a reporter, editor/producer and editor/producer at Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY and CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC and the European Broadcasting Union. She worked for CNN and reported on events like the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland, and the Kosovo conflict.
